Therefore, the “Junior Development Centre” (JDC) was launched in 2019 with a firm focus on internal junior managers and their development. Prospective managers not only go through an internal development centre, but also receive targeted management training that is intended to make them fit for the challenges of their future management work.<\/p>\n

Since 2019, the KOSTAL Group and yuii Business Training have been working together to develop a “Young Leadership Camp” for participants of the “Junior Development Centre”.<\/p>\n

Participants work through a five-day training process tailored to the KOSTAL Group’s key competence areas, ending with individual feedback discussions for all participants.<\/p>\n
