Freelance Trainers & Coaches

If you like our presentation and yuii’s principles; enjoy working with creative, agile and playful methods and are keen to bring your own ideas, concepts and topics into our network; and you would like to develop exciting clients across Germany as a trainer and/or coach under yuii’s umbrella? Then please get in touch!

Your profile:

  • Very good didactic and social skills
  • Completed university studies
  • Experience as a lecturer/trainer or business coach in the field of professional and/or personnel development
  • Desired: Thematic focuses in the broad field of “soft skills” and personality development, e.g. communication and presentation, leadership development, team training and team development, training in the area of time management, conflict management, resilience, training around new work, virtual work and virtual leadership.
  • You speak fluent business English and are keen to conduct and design trainings and coachings in English as well
  • Flexible and happy to travel

“Junior” trainers with less professional experience are also welcome!

Team assistance

A dedicated employee (f/m/d) to support the yuii founders (16 hours/week)

Compensation: 15,00 € per hour
Location: Office in Berlin Mitte, at Hackescher Markt
Benefits: Paid vacation, flexible working hours and home office options (not a 100% remote position)

Your profile:

  • Education and career: You are studying and looking for a part-time, permanent position
  • Skills and characteristics: quick comprehension, diligence, perseverance, strong communication skills and proactivity
  • Technical knowledge: Very good Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interests: Passion for further education and personal development, enjoy organizing
  • Working style: Independent, self-reliant and careful, with innovative ideas and contemporary impulses

Your tasks:

  • Preparation and follow-up of off- and online trainings: creation of documentation, mural boards and training content. Support with the training concept
  • Scheduling and travel coordination: efficient planning and organization
  • Marketing, PR and social media support: involvement in various communication measures
  • Customer acquisition and customer care: development and implementation of new business projects
  • Website maintenance: Updating and maintaining our online presence
  • General office organization: support with internal project management
