More and more organisations and teams are using agile work to bring products or services to market faster and at the same time continuously improve their own processes. Even in agile settings, managers cannot do without classic leadership tools. Nevertheless, the role is different because employees and teams act with more autonomy and self-organisation. More than ever before, managers are becoming facilitators, process enablers and coaches. For this they need, above all, the right attitude.
