Improvisation Skills in Business
Training for handling uncertainty on the job
"Self-reflection should be an integral part of work culture. Because a company's greatest potential lies in employee personal development."
The question of one’s own impact drives many people and is one of the most exciting areas of personal development. Not only, but especially for leaders, it is enormously important to know and reflect on how their behaviour and appearance is perceived and interpreted by others. Because we all have so-called blind spots – reducing these as much as possible and being able to make conscious decisions about behaviour and appearance is a crucial aspect of professionalism.
Our two-day intensive training on self-reflection deals in detail with the comparison of self-image and how you are perceived externally. You will reflect on your own personality, behaviour and impact, obtaining more room for manoeuvre for your conscious behaviour.
For managers as an extension and supplementary seminar to other management development trainings.
For employees who would like to develop themselves personally
For managers and employees who want to check-in on their self-perception and the way others might perceive them
Training goals and content can be agreed on an individual basis. Here are some examples:
In order to be able to continue developing and assess yourself realistically, we first analyse your personal strengths and weaknesses or areas of development.
In addition, you get a more concrete idea of what motivates and drives you professionally. Since it is also helpful for leaders and staff to be aware of their “blind spots”, in order to be able to consciously adjust their own behaviour and impact, we work with individual video feedback.
Through group and individual work, feedback from trainers and colleagues, participants learn more about themselves and their impact on others.
