Especially at the beginning of their leadership role, they often lack the necessary tools and systematic preparation to do so.

Leadership Essentials provides the essential leadership tools needed to get off to an effective start in a leadership role. This practical leadership training course provides the skills and tools that new and aspiring leaders need to become effective more quickly, gain confidence in their leadership role, and avoid common leadership mistakes from the very beginning.

Reflect on your own understanding of leadership and develop it in a targeted manner.
Be able to confidently apply key leadership models (including the Skill-Will Matrix) to make clear, situation- and employee-oriented leadership decisions.

Procedure

The Leadership Essentials Training focuses on practice—not theory. Instead of long lecture blocks, we work with real-life situations from the participants’ day-to-day leadership experiences.
At the heart of our work: Applied Improvisation. Leadership situations aren’t just discussed—they’re acted out live and adapted until new response patterns are truly ingrained. The training is complemented by the use of the yuii Motivator Card Game—a tool that leaders not only learn about during the training but can also apply directly in their teamwork.
Each participant receives individual feedback—from the trainer and from the group. At the end of the training, everyone defines a specific personal development step for the coming weeks.
